张建阔先生:1974年出生,中国国籍,正高级工程师,硕士学位。张先生1999年加入中国石化集团公司胜利石油管理局,历任胜利石油管理局黄河钻井总公司钻井四公司副经理、钻井三公司经理、黄河钻井总公司副总工程师、副经理、经理等职务;2018年12月任中石化胜利石油工程有限公司副总经理;2020年10月任本公司副总经理;2022年6月任中国石化油田勘探开发事业部副总经理。2023年12月起任本公司总经理。2024年6月起任本公司执行董事、总经理。
