张继平,1968年11月出生,对外经济贸易大学法学学士、硕士,美国纽约大学法学院法学硕士。1993年至1996年,在中国证券监督管理委员会法律部工作;1997年至2003年,就职于Simpson Thacher&Bartlett LLP纽约和香港办公室;2004年加入海问律师事务所,2014年5月起任该所主任合伙人。张继平先生具有超过28年的法律工作经验,业务领域主要包括外商投资、投资并购、资本市场业务。2021年4月起,出任本公司独立董事。
