刘同君,法学博士,教授。现任江苏大学法学院名誉院长、学科发展委员会主任,兼任江苏省法学会宪法与法理学研究会顾问、镇江市法学会副会长兼学术委员会主任、镇江市法学会经济法学研究会会长、江苏镇江法治政府研究院院长、兼任江苏吉贝尔药业股份有限公司、江苏龙腾工程设计股份有限公司(非上市公司)独立董事。2021年12月至2023年12月任公司第九届董事会外部董事,2023年12月至今任公司第十届董事会独立董事。
