邵帅女士:1988年3月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居住权,博士研究生学历,毕业于复旦大学会计学专业,中国注册会计师。2015年1月至2016年6月,任耶鲁大学管理学院研究助理,2016年9月至今,任浙江大学管理学院财务与会计学系讲师、副教授与博士生导师。2023年6月至今,任公司独立董事。
