孙铮先生,1957年生,中国国籍,经济学(会计学)博士。曾任上海财经大学校学术委员会主任委员、副校长、商学院院长,财政部中国会计准则委员会委员,中国会计学会副会长,上海证券交易所上市委员会委员。现任上海财经大学资深教授,中国注册会计师协会资深会员,澳大利亚注册会计师公会(CPA Australia)资深注册会计师、荣誉会员(FCPA)。现任中微公司独立董事。
