李永明先生,中国国籍,1961年出生,无境外永久居留权,研究生学历。李永明先生先后毕业于浙江大学及中国人民大学。现任浙江大学知识产权与竞争法研究中心主任、浙江大学光华法学院教授,博士生导师,浙江泽大律师事务所律师,兼任浙江省知识产权法研究会会长等职。获“全国知识产权领军人才”、首届“浙江省优秀中青年法学家”等称号。2022年12月至今任浙报数字文化集团股份有限公司独立董事。2020年10月起任公司独立董事。
