吴弘,男,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,1956年生,中共党员,法学学士。自1984年7月起任职于华东政法大学,曾任华东政法大学经济法学院院长,中国商法研究会常务理事、上海国际商务法律研究会副会长,国家司法考试命题委员会委员,上海市人大常委会立法咨询专家、上海市高级人民法院咨询专家,上海市消费者权益保护委员会委员,上海证券交易所上市委员会委员、中国金融期货交易所交易委员会委员、上海期货交易所研究院学术委员等。现任华东政法大学教授、博士生导师,中国银行法研究会副会长,上海市法学会金融法研究会会长,上海金融法制研究会副会长,上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司独立董事,南京银行股份有限公司独立董事,东方证券股份有限公司独立董事、公司董事。
