王亚平,男,1964年2月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,华东政法学院(现为华东政法大学)法学本科毕业,国家一级律师,现任山东国曜琴岛(青岛)律师事务所高级合伙人律师及合伙人会议主席,中华全国律师协会理事,中华全国律师协会反垄断反不正当竞争委员会副主任,青岛市律师协会名誉会长,历任青岛啤酒股份有限公司独立监事、青岛港国际股份有限公司独立监事。现兼任青岛控股国际有限公司独立非执行董事、青岛国恩科技股份有限公司独立董事。2023年12月至今,任公司独立董事。
