顾铁先生,1968年6月出生,美国国籍,拥有中国永久居留权,博士研究生学历。1989年毕业于复旦大学物理系,获理学学士学位;1994年毕业于美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学,获工程博士学位。1994年-1998年,历任光学影像系统公司研发工程师、工程部经理;1998年-2002年,历任通用公司医疗系统和珀金埃尔默项目经理、运营经理、产品工程部总监;2003年-2006年,担任通用全球研发中心(上海)总经理;2006年-2014年,担任上海天马微电子有限公司董事、总经理;2014年-2019年,历任奕瑞科技董事、总经理;2019年至今,担任奕瑞科技董事长、总经理;2018年至今,担任视涯科技董事长。
