谢敬东,博士后。上海电力大学教授,上海智能电网技术研究协同创新中心主任。2004年至2017年任国家能源局(原国家电力监管委员会)华东监管局市场监管处处长、输供电监管处处长、综合处处长。长期从事能源电力政策、电力市场化改革与电力监管、能源革命下的电力系统发展演变特征等研究。2020年10月至今任公司独立董事及董事会薪酬与考核委员会主任委员、战略决策委员会委员、提名委员会委员职务,2023年8月起兼任董事会审计委员会委员职务;2021年4月至今任安徽省皖能股份有限公司独立董事。具有上海证券交易所颁发的独立董事任职资格培训证书。
