周淳,1988年出生,现任浙江大学光华法学院副教授。北京大学法学学士、哥伦比亚大学法学硕士(James Kent Scholar)、北京大学法学博士。主要研究领域包括:公司法、证券法、金融监管、比较公司治理等。中国法学会证券法学研究会理事,中国商业法研究会理事。现任浙江大学民商法研究所执行所长、杭州安恒信息技术股份有限公司独立董事、公司独立董事。
