冯涛先生,1981年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权。2004年毕业于河北大学会计学专业,获学士学位,中国注册会计师(非执业会员)、高级会计师。2006年10月至2011年9月,历任中瑞岳华会计师事务所审计部审计员、项目经理、高级项目经理;2011年9月至2013年11月,任民生证券股份有限公司投资银行事业部业务经理;2013年11月至2017年4月,历任北京百灵天地环保科技股份有限公司财务总监、董事会秘书;2017年4月至2018年11月,就职于义翘有限,负责公司日常财务管理、上市筹备等工作,2018年12月至今,任义翘有限、义翘神州财务总监,2019年2月至今,任义翘有限、义翘神州董事,2020年3月至今,任义翘神州董事会秘书,2020年4月至2025年10月,先后兼任卓逸国际有限公司、昱昇科技有限公司董事,现兼任泰州子公司、苏州子公司董事。
