方芳,上海财经大学经济学博士,教授,现任上海财经大学财税投资学院投资发展研究院院长、金融硕士(首席投资官)项目教育中心主任、上海财经大学校友顾问委员会委员。曾公开发表论文30多篇,主持与参与完成50多项各类课题,曾获第七届上海市决策咨询研究成果奖二等奖,主编参编著作与教材11本,曾获申银万国证券教育工作者优秀奖、校教学奖励基金二等奖、校优秀教材一等奖、校“三八”红旗手、校第四届“我心目中的好老师”称号等荣誉。2024年12月19日至今任公司独立董事。
