周凯先生:1975年8月出生,汉族,中共党员,中国国籍,教授,博士生导师。1998年、2003年毕业于重庆大学,分别获得电气工程专业学士和硕士学位,2008年毕业于西南交通大学,获得电气工程专业博士学位。现任四川大学电气工程学院教授,博士生导师,电气工程学院学术带头人。主要从事高电压与绝缘技术等方向研究及教学工作。发表学术论文400余篇,授权40余项专利,出版学术专著3部,荣获20多项科技进步奖励。
