钱明星,1963年出生,中共党员。毕业于北京大学法学院,获民商法硕士和环境资源保护法博士学位。1986年8月至2023年5月任职于北京大学,任北京大学法学院教授、博士生导师。目前兼任中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员、北京仲裁委员会仲裁员、深圳国际仲裁院仲裁员;北京大学出版社有限公司董事;北京时代华地事务所兼职律师。现任创力集团、人民网独立董事以及本公司独立董事。
