沈鸿烈,男,1958年出生,博士后学历,1990年2月至2004年4月,在中国科学院上海冶金研究所信息功能材料国家重点实验室工作(1992年11月至1994年11月,到日本通商产业省工业技术院电子技术综合研究所做博士后),先后任助理研究员,副研究员,研究员,国家重点实验室副主任和博士生导师;2000年5月至2004年10月,在日本产业技术研究所、美国莱斯大学和加拿大多伦多大学做高级访问学者;2004年11月至今,在南京航空航天大学材料科学与技术学院任职教授。现任南京航空航天大学材料科学与技术学院二级教授、博士生导师、江苏省能量转换材料与技术重点实验室副主任,从事光伏材料与应用技术、新型功能薄膜与传感器技术等的研究。2022年1月至今担任双良节能系统股份有限公司独立董事;2023年9月至今担任国晟世安科技股份有限公司独立董事。
