叶子祯先生:中国国籍,1966年出生,硕士,上海市台湾同胞投资企业协会常务副会长,上海市台湾同胞投资企业协会科创行业工委会主委。1993年加入鼎新数智股份有限公司(以下简称“鼎新数智”),历任鼎新数智事业部经理、事业群总经理、副总裁及总裁;历经顾问实施、产品开发历程,并参与多家客户的信息化咨询规划及实施服务,对软件业及企业信息化有丰富的经验及前沿的见解,擅长企业运营及战略规划,自2013年起任鼎捷数智营运最高负责人并于2014年起任鼎捷数智总裁,2017年4月任鼎捷数智副董事长,2020年5月起至今任鼎捷数智董事长。
