黄乐群先生,1955年7月生,美国国籍,留美博士,中国永久居留权。曾任拜耳医药美国研究中心药物研究技术中心主任、高级研究员,南京大学医学院副院长兼药物化学研究所所长、教授、博导,2003年至2019年10月创办东英(江苏)药业有限公司,曾任董事长;2013年至今,创办江苏嘉逸医药有限公司,任董事长;2020年2月至今,先后任公司董事、董事长。
