尤佳女士:1978年10月出生,中共党员,中国国籍,无境外居留权,中国人民大学民商法博士研究生,法学博士,2004年7月至今任职于安徽大学。现任安徽大学法学院教授,博士研究生导师,民商法与经济法学系副主任,现兼任安徽皖维高新材料股份有限公司、安徽江淮汽车集团股份有限公司独立董事。2022年6月至今任铜陵有色独立董事。
