林安利,博士学位。1986年至2024年5月,历任中国计量科学研究院助理工程师、工程师、高级工程师、研究员、副处长、处长。退休后被中国计量科学研究院返聘,继续担任研究员职务。现兼任包头天和磁材科技股份有限公司独立董事。同时,担任国际IEC/TC68专家组委员,中国稀土行业协会副会长兼秘书长。2025年4月22日至今任公司独立董事。
