袁林女士,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,1964年11月出生,法学博士;历任四川省政法管理干部学院助教及讲师,四川广播电视大学副教授、教授及副处长,曾挂职重庆市高级人民法院庭长助理;曾兼任中国犯罪学学会副会长;重庆市第四届、第五届人大代表;重庆人大常委会第四届法制委员会委员、第五届监察司法委员会委员。现任西南政法大学法学院教授、博士生导师、特殊群体权利保护与犯罪预防研究中心主任;兼任中国银行法学会理事、中国犯罪学学会特殊人群犯罪治理专业委员会主任、重庆市人民政府参事,本公司独立董事、重庆智飞生物制品股份有限公司独立董事、重庆博腾制药科技股份有限公司独立董事、金科智慧服务集团股份有限公司(香港上市)独立董事。袁林女士曾兼任成都新智电子信息有限公司董事长、重庆云河水电股份有限公司独立董事、重庆渝开发股份有限公司独立董事以及本公司第三届董事会独立董事。
