罗忠洲先生,1971年1月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,华东师范大学经济学博士,复旦大学副研究员。1998年8月至2001年5月就职于兴业证券股份有限公司上海总部投资银行部,任项目经理;2001年6月至2005年7月就职于华龙证券有限责任公司上海投行部,任副总经理,期间曾留学日本;2005年8月至2009年3月在华东师范大学金融系任副教授,期间曾在复旦大学应用经济学博士后流动站从事研究工作;2009年4月至今在复旦大学经济学院任副研究员。现任公司第四届董事会独立董事,复旦大学经济学院副研究员,国盛证券股份有限公司独立董事,广州明美新能源股份有限公司独立董事。
