顾乾坤先生:1988年生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,毕业于香港中文大学,金融学博士研究生学历。2019年7月至2023年11月,就职于武汉大学经济与管理学院,历任会计系讲师、副研究员;2023年12月至今,就职于苏州大学商学院,任智能会计系副教授,主持一项国家自然科学基金,参与多项国家级和省部级课题。获得第五届香樟金融学论坛优秀论文奖,第五届“中国工业经济学会青年杯”提名奖;2025年4月起,任公司独立董事。现兼任苏州翔楼新材料股份有限公司、中诚智信工程咨询集团股份有限公司独立董事。
