宋恒杰,男,1976年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,新加坡南洋理工大学计算机科学博士。1998年8月至2000年8月任航天科工集团第510研究所助理工程师;2008年10月至2010年12月任比利时校际微电子研究中心(IMEC,Belgium)研究员;2010年12月至2013年1月任百度公司高级工程师;2010年9月至2013年1月任新加坡南洋理工大学研究员;2012年12月至2014年11月任日本京都大学研究员;2014年10月至今任华南理工大学软件学院教授。2021年5月至今担任公司独立董事。
