潘煜先生:1977年出生,博士学位,教授、博士生导师,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权。现任脑机协同信息行为教育部重点实验室主任、上海外国语大学国际工商管理学院教授;曾挂职贵州大学副校长,任北京邮电大学经济管理学院副院长,入选长江学者特聘教授、国家百千万人才工程、国务院政府特殊津贴专家、国家有突出贡献中青年专家,中国信息经济学会副理事长;2021年11月至今,任公司独立董事。
