刘志宏先生,1962年2月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,毕业于中南大学有色金属冶金专业,博士研究生学历,教授。1982年7月至1985年7月,任郑州铝厂技术员;1988年7月至今,历任中南大学讲师、副教授和教授;2005年11月至2018年3月,任长沙高新开发区强邦微材料有限公司董事长;2011年1月至2017年12月,任森霸传感科技股份有限公司独立董事;2023年1月至2023年12月,任湖南科力远新能源股份有限公司顾问,2024年7月至今,任公司独立董事。
