李克武先生,1966年3月出生,中国国籍,中共党员,无境外永久居留权,博士研究生学历,经济法学专业教授。曾任华中师范大学教务处副处长,法学院党委书记、院长;现任华中师范大学法学院教授、博士生导师。先后兼任最高人民检察院民事行政案件咨询专家,湖北省人大常委会、湖北省人民政府、武汉市人民政府法律顾问,中国商法研究会、中国法学教育研究会理事等职务。2021年6月至今任武汉长江通信产业集团股份有限公司独立董事;2026年2月至今任聆达集团股份有限公司独立董事。
