卞永明,1965年生,男,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。1991年4月至今,历任同济大学机械与能源工程学院助教、讲师、副教授、教授;2009年1月至2012年10月,任同济大学机械与能源工程学院机械设计及理论研究所所长;2012年9月至2016年12月,任同济大学机械与能源工程学院副院长;2017年10月至2024年5月,任同济大学机械与能源工程学院院长。现任同济大学机械工程与机器人学院教授、博士生导师,中国工程机械学会理事长、国务院学位委员会第八届学科评议组成员、中国科学技术协会第十届全国委员会委员、中国工程机械学会重大工程施工技术与装备分会理事长、国家土建结构预制装配化工程技术研究中心副主任、同济大学重大工程施工技术与装备教育部工程研究中心主任等职务。现任公司独立董事。
