葛军先生,1963年10月出生,中国国籍,博士学历,教授。高级会计师,具有中国注册会计师和中国注册资产评估师执业资格。1986年开始任教,曾经先后担任金陵科技学院商学院院长、教务处处长、金陵科技学院副校长,现为商学院MPAcc中心主任。兼任中国会计学会理事、南京市注册会计师协会常务理事、澳大利亚昆士兰科技大学高级访问学者、河海大学硕士研究生导师。先后获得全国优秀教师、江苏省教学名师、江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人、南京市劳动模范、南京市留学回国先进个人、中国注册会计师协会资深会员等光荣称号。长期从事会计学方面的教学、科研与实践工作,是江苏省重点学科建设点--会计学学科负责人、国家特色专业建设点--会计学专业负责人。此外,曾经兼职担任南京三联会计师事务所业务部主任,先后参与了南京高科等上市公司的审计及评估工作,负责南京汽轮电机集团等单位的审计工作;并先后担任了南京建设发展总公司、南京百市发展有限公司等单位的财务顾问,江苏联环药业股份有限公司、江苏长青农化股份有限公司、江苏康缘药业股份有限公司等上市公司独立董事,参与上市公司的跨国投资经营战略发展管理、审计监督等工作。现在担任南京波长光电科技股份有限公司、江苏大烨智能电气股份有限公司独立董事。
