谢乔昕先生,男,1986年11月出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,管理学博士。2018年8月至2019年8月The University of Toledo访问学者,中国注册会计师(非执业会员),于《科研管理》、《科学学研究》、《会计研究》、《Journal of Management and Governance》等刊物公开发表论文八十余篇,出版专著一部,主持国家社会科学基金一般项目、浙江省哲学社会科学规划项目重点课题、浙江省高校重大人文社科攻关项目等课题多项。现任浙江财经大学会计学院教师,硕士生导师,浙江财经大学财务会计系副主任,浙江财经大学会计与经济发展研究院成员。2023年10月担任杰西亚家居科技股份有限公司独立董事、2024年1月担任旺能环境股份有限公司独立董事。2021年6月至2024年5月任公司第四届董事会独立董事;2024年5月至今任公司第五届董事会独立董事,任期三年。
