张岩先生:1982年2月出生,中共党员,中国国籍,厦门大学财务学博士,江西财经大学工商管理博士后。长期在高等院校从事教学和科研工作,从事资本市场财务会计问题研究,主要涉及IPO和公司治理等方面;主持国家自然科学基金、省部级科研课题多项,出版专著1部。现任江西财经大学会计学院副教授、硕士生导师,江西财经大学财务管理系主任,江中药业股份有限公司独立董事,江西洪都航空工业股份有限公司独立董事。
