ZHANG YI先生:1967年出生,美国国籍,加州理工学院电子工程硕士,加州大学伯克利分校电子工程专业博士研究生。曾任美国国际整流器公司应用工程师;2001-2003年任美国Semtech公司VRM首席架构师、市场策略经理;2003-2006年任Vishay Siliconix公司IC事业部高级市场经理。2006年回国后创立上海岭芯并曾任总经理;2018年与人共同创立宁波奥拉,并曾任董事长、总经理。现任公司副总裁。现提名为公司第十届董事会非独立董事候选人。
