张鹏东先生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,1989年出生,中国注册会计师(非执业),博士研究生学历。2007年9月至2011年6月,就读厦门大学会计学本科;2014年1月至2014年12月,就读澳大利亚国立大学金融学硕士;2016年9月至2020年6月,就读厦门大学财务学博士;2020年8月至今任职于中山大学管理学院,历任助理教授、副教授、博士生导师。2025年12月至今任公司及福建漳州发展股份有限公司独立董事。
