刘忠海:男,1975年出生,中国国籍,西南政法大学法学学士、清华五道口金融EMBA,现任职于金科地产集团股份公司。获深圳证券交易所董事会秘书任职资格、上市公司独立董事资格;曾任新华社记者、中国证券报社记者、深圳证券信息公司西南办事处主任。2008年5月至2019年2月,任金科股份董事会秘书,期间还曾兼任金科股份董事、副总裁,2019年3月-2025年10月任金科股份监事会主席。现兼任华邦生命健康股份有限公司独立董事、国城矿业股份公司独立董事、《新财富》金牌董秘评选专家委员会委员。2022年11月至今任公司独立董事。
