卢相君先生:1968年11月出生,中共党员,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,博士,教授,CPA,ACCA。历任吉林省公路工程局会计,长春税务学院会计系教师、系副主任,长春税务学院教务处副处长,吉林财经大学会计学院院长,吉林财经大学教务处处长、吉林财经大学研究生院院长。现任吉林财经大学教授,兼任东北证券股份有限公司独立董事。
