任海云,女,中国国籍,汉族,1974年11月生,管理学博士,注册会计师。2015年6月至2021年4月在西安交通大学从事产业经济学博士后研究工作。历任延安大学教师、西北农林科技大学教师,曾赴纽约理工大学访学1年,担任陕西广电网络传媒(集团)股份有限公司证券部部长助理1年。现任陕西师范大学国际商学院教授,博士生导师,财务与会计系主任,兼任上市公司荣信教育文化产业发展股份有限公司独立董事、陕国投第十届董事会独立董事。
