伏军先生,1972年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,北京大学法学博士。现任对外经济贸易大学法学院教授,国际法系主任。兼任最高人民法院民四庭仲裁与司法研究基地(对外经贸大学)执行主任;北京金融法院咨询委员会委员;中国法学会国际经济法学研究会副秘书长、常务理事,中国法学会国际金融法专业委员会副主任,中国法学会银行法学研究会理事;中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、北京仲裁委员会、深圳国际仲裁院、上海国际仲裁中心、广州仲裁委员会、宁波仲裁委员会、温州仲裁委员会、厦门仲裁委员会、山东国际仲裁中心仲裁员;兼任开滦能源化工股份有限公司、北京首旅酒店(集团)股份有限公司及本公司独立董事。
