姚颐女士:南开大学商学院会计系教授、博士生导师。研究方向资本市场财务与会计。曾入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、天津市“五个一批”(理论类)人才、天津市首期管理会计专家”、“南开大学百名青年学科带头人培养计划”。是美国哥伦比亚大学商学院会计系访问学者。现任天津市政协委员、《中国会计评论》特邀编委。
