麦伯良先生,1959年出生,由1994年3月7日起担任本公司总裁并由1994年3月8日起兼任本公司执行董事。2015年8月27日起担任本公司执行董事、CEO兼总裁,自2020年8月27日起担任本公司董事长、执行董事兼CEO,自2023年9月26日至今担任本公司董事长、执行董事。现亦是本公司董事会战略与可持续发展委员会主任委员、董事会提名委员会委员,也在本公司下属相关控股子公司兼任董事长。自2018年10月至2024年9月任中集车辆(集团)股份有限公司(301039.SZ)的董事长兼非执行董事。麦先生于1982年加盟本公司,曾任生产技术部经理及副总经理。麦先生于1982年7月毕业于华南理工大学机械工程专业,获得学士学位。麦先生现为中国集装箱行业协会名誉会长、深圳上市公司协会会长。
