薛军,1974年11月生,意大利罗马第二大学法学博士,现任北京大学法学院教授、北京大学电子商务法研究中心主任,博士生导师。面向法学博士研究生、法学硕士研究生、法律硕士生和法学本科生,主讲民法、电子商务法、个人信息保护法、罗马法方面的课程。
