蒋基路,女,1976年出生,中国国籍,无永久境外居留权,博士学历。2010-2014年任广外会计学院审计系主任,2015-2022年任广东外语外贸大学会计学院副院长,现担任校级研究基地“审计治理与风险控制研究中心”主任,广东省审计学会副秘书长,广州市注册会计师协会诚信自律委员会委员,广东省科技厅科技项目评审财务专家。近年来,主持国家级项目1项,省部级项目9项;公开发表论文23篇;出版专著2部,教材1部;入库中国专业学位教学案例中心案例2个;获得省级以上教学奖励2项,科研奖励1项;2023年由审计署联审办遴选赴纽约参加联合国秘书处2023财年期中审计项目,为燕塘乳业、广东南油、广业环保、广东宏大等企业开展内部控制与风险管理培训,为ACCA广州办组织的“商业战略管理SBL”TTT培训。现任本公司独立董事,中荣股份、融捷健康独立董事。
