刘辉,现任湖南大学法学院教授、博士生导师,公司独立董事,同时担任国家社科基金通讯评审专家、教育部全国博士硕士学位论文评审专家,是中国结构金融法理论的倡导者和创始人,兼任湖南省法学会经济法学研究会理事、湖南省法学会金融法学研究会常务理事,曾入选长沙市法学法律专家库、长沙市人力资源和社会保障局第一批高技能人才专家库。牵头多项国家级、省部级课题,曾在《法律科学》、《法商研究》、《政治与法律》等核心法学杂志发表论文50余篇,还以特约撰稿人身份在公司治理类财经杂志发表论文约30篇。
