陈敏先生:中国国籍,无永久境外居留权,1979年生,博士研究生学历。长期从事电力电子系统及其先进控制技术研究。曾获浙江省科学技术进步一等奖、中国机械工业科技进步一等奖等多个奖项,任“十四五”国家重点研发计划“新能源汽车”专项总体专家组及指南专家组成员。曾在浙江大学电气工程学院担任讲师、副教授,现任浙江大学电气工程学院教授,担任浙江大学电力电子技术国家专业实验室副主任等职务,兼任天能电池集团股份有限公司独立董事,2025年4月至今任公司独立董事。
