刘用铨:男,汉族,福建闽侯人,1978年2月出生,中共党员,毕业于厦门大学会计系,管理学(会计学)博士学位,入选厦门市高层次人才(B类)。现任厦门国家会计学院教授、博士生导师,预算绩效与政府会计研究中心主任,深圳市赢时胜信息技术股份有限公司独立董事、印象大红袍股份有限公司(H股+新三板)独立董事、厦门优迅芯片股份有限公司独立董事、华映科技独立董事。兼任中国资产评估协会绩效评价专业委员会委员、福建省会计学会理事、福建省第三届会计咨询专家。曾任厦门国家会计学院教研中心副教授、预算绩效与政府会计研究中心主任、副教授,财政部政府会计准则委员会第一、二、三届咨询专家,苏州新亚电通股份有限公司独立董事,厦门市人大预算审查和国有资产监督专家库专家,全国及多个省市多个行业会计高端(领军)人才考试命题专家和指导教师。
