孟跃中,现任公司独立董事,工学博士,广东省“珠江学者”特聘教授,中山大学材料学院、化工学院和化学学院多聘二级教授,中山大学联创碳中和技术研究院院长,河南省科学院化学研究所首席科学家。兼任郑州大学二氧化碳化学利用研究院院长,山东联创产业发展集团股份有限公司首席科学家,万华化学集团股份有限公司讲席教授,广东聚石化学股份有限公司和浙江万盛股份有限公司独立董事。1998年入选中科院“百人计划”和“海外杰出人才”,获国家“八五”科技攻关重大成果奖,中国“发明创业奖”特等奖及“当代发明家”荣誉称号,两次获得中国专利优秀奖,中国商业联合会科学技术一等奖,国家教育部科技进步二等奖,国家环境保护科学技术三等奖,广东省环境保护科学技术一等奖,广东省专利优秀奖,以及辽宁省科技发明一等奖。发表SCI论文515篇,连续10年入选中国高被引学者,H指数77,是Sustainable Polymer&Energy和New Journal in Materials Field两个国际杂志的主编,Res.J.Chem.Environ.和Green and Sustainable Chemistry的副主编。
