袁振超先生,1983年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,2014年毕业于北京大学光华管理学院,获得管理学博士学位,专业为会计学。2014年7月至今任教于深圳大学经济学院,担任教研型讲师、副教授、硕士生导师、博士后联合培养导师、曾任金融与财务实验中心副主任,现任会计系副主任。兼任深圳市莱宝高科股份有限公司独立董事、深圳市龙图光罩股份有限公司独立董事,自2022年9月任公司独立董事。
