邵蓉女士,1962年生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权。南京药学院(现中国药科大学)学士,南京大学学士,沈阳药科大学博士;教授、博士生导师、执业律师、江苏省教学名师。现任公司独立董事。2005年8月至2015年6月任中国药科大学国际医药商学院院长;2015年7月至2019年6月,任中国药科大学研究生院院长。2003年至今,担任中国药科大学教授;2013年4月至今,任中国药科大学国家药物政策与医药产业经济研究中心执行副主任;2021年10月至今,任中国药科大学药品监管科学研究院执行院长。2021年8月至今,担任公司独立董事。邵蓉女士从事医药政策法规教学科研,获国家教学成果和省教学成果奖项多项,是药事管理江苏省品牌专业、重点专业、特色专业学科带头人。主持国家社科基金项目重大和面上项目、国家各部委重点研究和企业委托项目百余项。
