高绍福,1968年3月出生,中国国籍,硕士,集美大学教授,无境外永久居留权。2014年8月至今历任集美大学会计学教授、会计系主任、审计系主任、工商管理学院副院长。目前担任集美大学工商管理学院会计学教授、硕士研究生导师,成记泰达航空物流股份有限公司(新三板)独立董事、厦门盈趣科技股份有限公司(深主板)独立董事,兼任福建省高校人文社科研究基地--闽台审计研究中心副主任、集美大学现代管理科学研究所所长、省级一流本科专业建设点(审计学专业)负责人。社会兼有教育部学位中心学位论文评审专家、全国审计学专业教育联盟理事、中国会计学会高级会员、福建省会计人才库专家、厦门市会计学会副会长等学术职务。2025年1月至今,担任公司独立董事。
