苏剑先生:1966年4月出生,民主同盟,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,毕业于美国布兰戴斯大学,获得经济学博士学位。曾任航天工业部7171厂技术员、助理工程师,北京大学经济学院教师。现任北京大学经济学院教授、博士生导师、国民经济研究中心主任,北京外国经济学说研究会会长,中国民主同盟中央经济委员会主任,中国民主同盟北京市委经济委员会主任。2025年11月至今担任公司独立董事职务。
