杨志明先生:1974年出生,中国国籍,无境外永久居留权,本科学历,1998年毕业于中南大学机械设计与制造专业。1998年7月至2000年4月,任职比亚迪股份有限公司工程机械设计组组长;2000年5月至2002年7月,筹备深圳市信宇人科技有限公司;2002年8月创立深圳市信宇人科技有限公司,历任深圳市信宇人科技有限公司董事长、总经理;2017年3月至今,任职公司董事长。2024年6月,作为“大容量锂离子电池精准制造核心技术与装备”项目的主要完成人之一,获得国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。曾任深圳市信宇人科技股份有限公司总经理。
